Shalini is a qualified HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various facets of
HR spread across Consulting, IT, Telecom, Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing &
Retail Industries. As a result oriented professional in the field of Human Resource
Management Shalini has played varied roles from HR Head, HR Business Partner, HR
Generalist, Talent Engagement & Operations Manager, Training Lead, Lead – HR Services,
PMS Co-Ordinator, Compliance Co-Ordinator etc.
Shalini/s professional experience includes tenures at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd., Thinkpalm
Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Reliance Retail Ltd, Vallabhdas Kanji Ltd, NeST Group of
Companies, Aventus Partners etc.
Shalini has successfully rolled out various initiatives such as:
